Description
As an Activity Staff member with Princess Cruises, you will play a key role in creating lasting memories for our guests by delivering a guest-centric product experience that aligns with brand standards and health and sanitization protocols.
Your responsibilities will include creating positive connections, emceeing key activity and entertainment programming, and supporting a guest and teammate-centric culture that increases Net Promoter, profitability, Service Excellence, and drives a safe and healthy environment in accordance with HESS protocols.
You will collaborate with onboard teammates to provide reliable information and updates to deliver an outstanding guest experience, and take ownership of your experience area and support the development, implementation, and execution of initiatives in alignment with the Entertainment leadership team.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental principles of guest experience and hospitality operations, and exhibit a commitment to providing exemplary guest service and a willingness to support others in the delivery of the same.
You will also be responsible for creating, hosting, training, promoting, emceeing, and assisting all activities and events, creating an engaging and entertaining experience for guests, and embracing MedallionClass products, services, and applications to identify guests and deliver exceptional, personalized service.
