Technical Automotive Trainer

At Valvoline Global Operations, we're proud to be The Original Motor Oil. As a Technical Automotive Trainer, you'll play a key role in supporting our in-store training initiatives, including classroom and virtual training. You'll work closely with our team to plan, prepare, and schedule training sessions to maximize Valvoline product growth in our Key and Strategic Accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• In-store support, including classroom training and virtual training
• Planning, preparing, and scheduling for training and delivering appropriate training solutions to maximize Valvoline product growth in our Key and Strategic Accounts
• New program launch and support, including onboarding new rooftops
• Assisting in the training of new team members
• Delivering store and area-level Valvoline Insights and Analytics (Scorecards/Business Analytics) to drive increase in organic sales results

As a Technical Automotive Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and prepare for your next role within Valvoline.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of training experience
• BA degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with 'do it for me' (DIFM) automotive or heavy-duty market experience
• Strong track record of training and/or sales experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Teams, PPT, Excel
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Valvoline DASH (internal candidates)
