Early Careers Program Intern

Logitech is seeking an Early Careers Program Intern to join their People & Culture (P&C) team.

The intern will play a central role in helping to build the Global Internship Programme for the Global Commercial Organization (GCO).

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the coordination and rollout of the global internship program
• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and P&C team members to gather intern requirements and learning objectives
• Creating a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience for commercial interns
• Scheduling and running intern activities
• Providing hands-on support for strategic and analytical P&C projects
• Gathering, organizing, and analyzing HR data
• Assisting in drafting presentations, reports, and dashboards

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Requirements include:

• Foundational experience through previous internships, university projects, or early-career coordination roles
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable using standard office suites and HR systems
