FBS Agile Product Manager II

Our Client, a leading US insurer, seeks an FBS Agile Product Manager II to deliver customer self-service functionality via their websites and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create features that meet business goals, working in a SAFe Agile environment to maximise value delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying business and customer needs, prioritising program-level work, and guiding it through the Program Kanban
• Contributing to the development of the vision and roadmap for the value stream
• Defining, prioritising, and validating requirements using market research, customer feedback, and development capacity
• Ensuring business needs are met through feature development, UAT, and demos

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related digital role
• 2+ years of experience managing customer-facing digital products (websites or mobile apps)
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a significant plus
• Proven experience working within a SAFe or similar enterprise-level Agile environment
• Demonstrated experience taking features from initial discovery to UAT and deployment

Technical and soft skills:

• SAFe/Agile Methodology (intermediate)
• Stakeholder management
• Data-driven decision making
• Communication skills (intermediate/advanced)
• Experience with Rally, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite
