Our Client, a leading US insurer, seeks an FBS Agile Product Manager II to deliver customer self-service functionality via their websites and mobile applications.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create features that meet business goals, working in a SAFe Agile environment to maximise value delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying business and customer needs, prioritising program-level work, and guiding it through the Program Kanban
- Contributing to the development of the vision and roadmap for the value stream
- Defining, prioritising, and validating requirements using market research, customer feedback, and development capacity
- Ensuring business needs are met through feature development, UAT, and demos
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related digital role
- 2+ years of experience managing customer-facing digital products (websites or mobile apps)
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a significant plus
- Proven experience working within a SAFe or similar enterprise-level Agile environment
- Demonstrated experience taking features from initial discovery to UAT and deployment
Technical and soft skills:
- SAFe/Agile Methodology (intermediate)
- Stakeholder management
- Data-driven decision making
- Communication skills (intermediate/advanced)
- Experience with Rally, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite
