Description
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Agentic Sales Engineering to lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers who translate complex business challenges into high-impact, Agentic AI systems.
The successful candidate will possess the technical depth of an AI Architect and the strategic mindset of a Sales Executive. You will recruit, mentor, and direct a team of engineers and partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure our AI platform is adopted and becomes the backbone of our customers' operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers
- Provide strategic GTM leadership and technical authority
- Bridge the gap between the field and the lab
- Architect value and guide the team in designing complex multi-agent systems
- Innovate processes and create new systems for 'AI Envisioning' sessions
- Drive execution and ensure the team builds shippable capabilities
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 8 years of customer-facing technical experience
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Deep expertise in the modern AI/ML stack
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or JS/TS
- Strong business acumen and leadership style
For exceptional talent based in Denver, CO, the target base salary range for this position is $196,400-$236,600 USD.
