By joining Princess Cruises as a Rooms Division Attendant, you will be part of a team that sets the standard for exceptional service and amenities. As a key member of the Rooms Division team, you will be responsible for exceeding targets, reducing friction points, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Your primary focus will be on utilizing Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience. You will take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
Maintaining the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols is crucial. You will prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues.
As a Rooms Division Attendant, you will be knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information. You will embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials.
You will share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues. You will follow appropriate procedures for handling garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste, and collaborate with those in charge to create a safe environment.
A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping from luxury hotels or resorts is also required. Ability to comprehend public health and environmental requirements pertaining to crew public areas is essential. Furthermore, the ability to communicate effectively in English is necessary.
Understanding of the foundation of guest service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests. Motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities. Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality.
Ability to continuously surprise and delight guests throughout their cruise experience. Commitment to establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
