The Digital Manufacturing team plays a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing operations through the implementation and management of advanced digital solutions.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Analytics, you will be involved in day-to-day decision-making for product lines, functions, and new products under development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep manufacturing processes at the cutting edge.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate kaizen, lean manufacturing, or six sigma initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input into capacity planning and workforce management.
  • Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance.
  • Support new product development from a manufacturing perspective.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience and expertise in data visualization tools such as Python, Typescript, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, MS VBA.
  • 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
