Jr Waiter - Job Cruise

By joining our team as a Junior Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, nuturing lasting connections, and ensuring that every guest's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming individual greeting to every guest.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Nurturing a lasting connection with every guest by showing genuine interest during service.
• Observe and identify guest preferences and adjust service accordingly.
• Assist the Waiter to create a comfortable and elegant ambiance.
• Deliver food and beverages as requested, on time, in the correct service order.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Graduate of a recognized Catering / Hotel Management School preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant service experience from four-star hotel or cruise ship.
• Knowledge of food, beverage and wine menus used throughout the fleet.
• Ability to work under pressure, in both Front and Back of House areas.
• Necessary computer skills and knowledge of P.O.S. systems.
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written.
