Application Engineer International Sales - Performance Greases (m/f/d)

We are seeking an Application Engineer International Sales - Performance Greases to join our team at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH. As an Application Engineer, you will advise our international customers on technical application matters related to lubricating greases and develop solutions for demanding operating conditions together with them.

Responsibilities:

• Advise international customers on technical application matters related to lubricating greases and develop solutions for demanding operating conditions.
• Combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset by analyzing and qualifying customer requirements, creating the technical basis for customized proposals, and laying the foundation for sales success.
• Act as the central interface between international customers, Sales, Product Management, and Production, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and solution-oriented flow of information.
• Manage customer-specific lubricating grease development projects with international customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop tailored technical solutions for complex customer requirements and drive resulting lubricant projects in a focused manner within an international environment.
• Create and maintain technical product documentation and share your expertise through practical product training sessions for internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable discipline, or alternatively a solid technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work. Experience in the lubricants, bearings, construction machinery, or mining industries is an advantage.
• Work confidently in an international environment, collaborate effectively in intercultural teams and projects, and be willing to undertake regular international business travel.
• Combine strong technical understanding with business acumen and a keen awareness of customer needs while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are considered an asset.
