Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Early Pay efforts. This unique product enables customers to turbo-charge their existing bank account by posting their paycheck (and other credits) early. With Early Pay and the EarnIn card, customers can further enhance their payment experience by accessing earned but not yet paid wages in real time.
The successful candidate will shape the vision for a new product area, communicate their product vision, roadmap, and results to their team, stakeholders (including the executive team), and our customers. They will also lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to create and scale impactful experiences for our customers.

- Own a business area end-to-end and drive financial and customer results
- Create a fast-paced environment facilitating product iterations and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company
- Strong technical background, preferably with a background in payroll software and financial services
- Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics
- Strong product/design sense developed by shipping delightful and innovative products
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Deep user empathy and experience in building products based on user needs
- Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems with creative and radical ideas
