Head of Product

You'll own product at Firecrawl, a company that turns the web into data AI agents can use. We've reached 8 figures in ARR in year one and more than doubled it in year two, with 147k+ GitHub stars. Your role involves setting product strategy and roadmap, working closely with founders and engineering, and leading the product function.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap, making prioritization calls
• Turn market insights and developer feedback into a clear plan
• Collaborate with founders and engineering to shape the company's direction
• Build and lead the product function, setting standards for product development
• Stay close to developers and the product, ensuring informed decision-making
• Own outcomes, including what ships, its impact, and lessons learned

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product experience, including leadership roles at developer-facing or technical product companies
• Proven track record of leading product strategy and roadmap
• Technical expertise to collaborate with engineering teams
• Leadership style focused on raising the bar and owning outcomes
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
