Sr. Partner Delivery Manager

At Databricks, you will shape the future of big data and machine learning for leading Fortune 500 organisations.

As a Sr. Partner Delivery Manager, you will oversee the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, working with key system integrators to co-deliver Databricks services engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and regional Partner teams
• Creating a RFP process to support Partner Selection for large complex multi-year deals
• Leading efforts to incubate and ramp new partners with Gen AI capabilities
• Driving MBRs and QBRs with priority partners and developing long-term roadmaps
• Ensuring partner quality and delivery on Services-led and partner-supported implementations
• Supporting Partner IP efforts and liaising with Delivery Partner organisations
• Building and maintaining an effective onboarding process for partner resources
• Working with the Databricks resource management team to oversee pipeline planning
• Allocating and outsourcing projects to Services partners
• Managing commercial agreements with partners and advocating for Partner needs internally
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators for each Services partner
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members and partner resources

We look for candidates with extensive industry experience in resource management, demand pipeline management, and professional services organisation experience as a partner Manager or Consulting Manager.
