Description
We're seeking a Grading Operator to join our team at our production facility in Kruiningen. As a Grading Operator, you will be responsible for operating, controlling, and adjusting the production line(s) on the potato receiving department. You will also perform quality control tasks, cleaning duties, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist the Technical Service team as needed. You will report to the Supervisor. This role involves working a 5-day shift schedule, including weekends.
Your daily work will involve:
- Coordinating and controlling the process on your department
- Working together with colleagues from other departments to achieve optimal results
- Identifying areas for improvement and taking the initiative to implement changes
- Performing minor maintenance on equipment and assisting the technical service team when necessary
- Conducting cleaning tasks and ensuring your department remains tidy
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to work hard
- Completion of MBO level 2 or 3 education
- While previous experience and training are valuable, we place greater importance on your motivation and commitment
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
