Sr. Financial Analyst

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Opex FP&A team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional departments and supporting Business Group (BG) opex management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly Opex reporting packages and analyze trends, drivers, variances, and risks
• Manage AOP/Forecast with continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
• Provide qualified commercial comments for BG P&L (Opex portion)
• Support BG stakeholders on Marcom analysis and provide financial advice
• Enhance and automate comprehensive trackers and Opex analysis
• Manage PO receiving and accruals, and compile MRC review reports
• Educate business teams on financial policies, definitions, and processes
• Engage in corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with solid Financial Accounting knowledge
• Experience in Business Finance (Marketing Finance Partner) in FMCG or consumer electronics industry is a plus
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with ability to form positive relationships
• Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with high accuracy
• Excel power user with advanced skills in formulas and financial modeling
• Experience in OneStream and Oracle; Tableau or other BI systems is highly recommended

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
