Description

We are seeking a senior IC to build the reporting and analytics capabilities for the newly formed Embedded & Affinity sales strategy team. This role will be heavily involved in defining new KPIs to measure the business, develop automated reporting, uncover insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders. While this will start as an independent contributor, this person may grow into a people leader role as the analytics & reporting needs of the Embedded & Affinity team expands.

The Direct Analytics & Reporting team is responsible for analysing and reporting on performance for Direct stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Farmers.com, Call Center Operations, and Customer Retention. We build dashboards and deliver insights that make a meaningful impact in the strategic direction of Farmers' business.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: Fluent
  • Sales Analytics: Advanced
  • Written and verbal communications: Advanced
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Advanced

Software / Tool Skills:

  • SQL: Advanced
  • PowerBI: Advanced
  • R/python: Intermediate
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word): Intermediate
