At Holidu, we offer comprehensive consulting and technical solutions for hosts, as well as services and solutions for Destination Management Organisations (DMOs) to optimize their online visibility and bookability.
As an Account Manager, you will be part of our dynamic team in Freiburg and work closely with our customers to provide them with the best possible service.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for our hosts
- Help them list their vacation rentals on our platform and advise them on how to use our product and other services
- Coordinate the content and data management of vacation rentals on partner portals and be available to answer any questions homeowners may have to ensure a high level of customer-oriented service
- Work internally with other account managers and the booking team to ensure knowledge transfer within the Holidu community
- Build close relationships with our key accounts and contribute to customer retention
Your backpack is filled with
- A completed education or degree (preferably in tourism, hotel management, business administration, communication, etc.) - even those with non-traditional backgrounds are welcome
- Excellent communication skills - friendly, clear, and empathetic
- A solution-oriented approach, always putting the customer at the forefront
- Self-motivation, reliability, and a sense of quality
- A hand for technology: interest in learning our reservation system from scratch to advise hosts effectively
- Ideas and creativity (good ideas find space and implementation here)
- Openness and teamwork
- Near-native German language skills and fluent English
