Production Shift Supervisor

The Production Shift Supervisor will be part of the Operations team at the Desio plant, responsible for coordinating and managing personnel during their shift.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets are met, guaranteeing the required quantities of raw materials are available on time, and monitor data entry by operators.
• Manage line personnel during their shift, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, addressing requests and issues, and verifying correct behaviour.
• Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, waste, and plant utilisation, identifying causes of anomalies and proposing actions for continuous improvement.
• Assign personnel to production activities based on suitability assessments by the competent medical officer, maintaining polyvalence and updating records.
• Collaborate on optimising efficiency, productivity, and costs.
• Prepare reports and modules according to company-defined procedures.
• Perform equipment adjustments during start-up, supervise mould changes, and promptly report maintenance requests.

Requirements:

• Technical high school diploma.
• Previous experience (2-3 years) as a Shift Supervisor.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
