Assistant Business Manager

As an Assistant Business Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will act as the ultimate brand ambassador in Travel Retail, leading and engaging your team with the unique Tilbury vision.

You will drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators, support the Business Manager in determining individual and team sales targets, and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving financial results and meeting targets
• Supporting the Business Manager in setting sales objectives and delivering them
• Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and creating a customer experience
• Coaching and giving feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved
• Implementing individual and team development plans and conducting regular reviews
• Creating a positive and cooperative team culture in store
• Proposing plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success
• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, a genuine passion for the beauty industry, commercial acumen, people management experience, and strategic planning experience.
