Description
We are seeking an Inventory Control Planner to support our team in Hong Kong.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the inventory control team for Chip, including inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory management, lot split and merge, shipment arrangement with subcons, IC UAT, and all IC tasks assigned.
- Maintaining quotations in the SAP system (OSAT), executing scrap audits in subcons, and factory physical audits.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and related UAT.
- Supporting the onboarding of new vendors/sites for inventory control and reconciliation in the APAC region.
- Understanding the critical role of the new product introduction planning team in executing time-to-market plans for new products.
- Collaborating with team members and business partners across different geographical locations, applying creativity, and providing feedback to improve business flows and work efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, 3B2, B2B.
- Fluent English skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening; highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
- 4+ years of related experience in semiconductors or above is preferred.
