We are seeking a senior business development leader to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions within Africa, focusing on originating strategic partnerships with leading banks and enterprises. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX), institutional lending, or correspondent banking to demonstrate how our platform can revolutionize treasury operations, FX settlement, and inter-bank transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Originate high-value client relationships and monetize the company's stablecoin products and services.
- Build Anchorage Digital's reputation as a trusted partner for issuance and integration.
- Gather critical market intelligence to directly inform our global product roadmap.
- Leverage your extensive network within Africa's financial sector to close landmark deals.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of how blockchain and digital assets can be applied to solve real-world inter-bank challenges.
- A strong network of contacts within the global banking and financial enterprise ecosystem in Africa, specifically with decision-makers.
- Acquaintance with existing and potential stablecoin issuers in your region.
- 10+ years of experience managing the entire institutional client engagement process.
- Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.
