Description
We're seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to join our team. As a Paid Social practitioner, you'll help shape and oversee delivery of work for clients, defining objectives and measuring success in line with overall campaign objectives and wider client-centric KPIs. You'll work to deliver highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time, effectively tracking and optimising campaigns, developing and implementing guidelines and processes, and contributing to developing the Paid Social best-practice roadmap.
In this role, you'll act as a point of escalation for client teams, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time, lead and mentor others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge. You'll also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients, applying our test and learn approach and sharing successes across the practice.
We're looking for someone with strong Paid Social delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience, demonstrable success in optimising Paid Social campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development, a good understanding of how other channels work and optimise together, and excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
