Senior Jurist - Social Law (M/F/NB)

We are seeking a Senior Jurist - Social Law to join our legal team in Paris or Carentoir, Brittany.

As a business partner to HR, Management, and support functions, you will provide expert, pragmatic, and pedagogical advice on social law for all French entities, respecting Ubisoft's culture and values.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Individual Relations

• Drafting and validating employment contracts and amendments
• Advising on international mobility, in coordination with the dedicated service
• Supporting HR teams on disciplinary procedures and ensuring legal security for decisions
• Managing contract terminations and separations with a focus on risk management and quality of file processing
• Monitoring internal investigations

Collective Relations

• Contributing to targeted collective relations topics, such as employee savings, internal regulations, and professional equality plans

Health, Hygiene, and Safety

• Supporting HR teams in relations with occupational health and safety services
• Handling work accidents and occupational diseases
• Monitoring the Unique Risk Assessment Document (DUER) and annual HSCT report

Pre-litigation, Litigation, and Advice

• Instructing pre-litigation and litigation files with partner law firms
• Negotiating settlements

Advice to HR, Payroll, HROPS, and Management

• Providing legal analyses and recommendations to HR, Payroll, HROPS, and Management networks
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments to ensure compliance

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a company or law firm, with proven expertise in employment law and disciplinary procedures
• Solid legal training in French social law and ideally knowledge of the Syntec Convention
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust relationships with various stakeholders
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Pedagogical and pragmatic approach to making law understandable and actionable for advised teams
• Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple files in parallel and prioritize tasks
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
