Description
As a Business Analyst at Vista Group, you'll focus on translating customer and business requirements into a software design that fits within the Vista framework and helps to shape the future of our technical evolution.
You'll be directly involved in scoping, requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design, working closely with engineering squads, architects, SMEs, UX designers, and other key stakeholders.
You'll have an understanding of both the end-user and the technical perspective, and be able to communicate requirements to the level of technical details required by developers and testers.
You'll demonstrate creative thinking and a willingness to support new or improved approaches to solving business problems, and have strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving / analytical skills.
You'll be able to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have proven, relevant experience in the software industry.
You'll be familiar with SaaS operational processes, and an understanding of APIs and Cloud platforms would be highly beneficial.
You'll be able to be the voice and champion for user needs along with balancing recommendations with business needs, and have strong collaboration skills alongside effective, engaging and influencing communication skills.
