As the Head of Product, you will report to the Vice President of Product & GTM. You will manage product strategy and the end-to-end roadmap, aiming to deliver a trusted, high-velocity creator and player experience across priority regions. Your mandate is to achieve growth (DAU, retention, creation rate), ensure a healthy economy, and embed localization, culturalization, and player safety as first-class product requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set product strategy and define measurements (activation, D1/D7/D30 retention, creation rate, payer conversion, safety health) and lead implementation across target regions.
- Lead localization and culturalization across UX, content policy, events, templates, and communications.
- Adapt creator workflows for regional platforms/devices.
- Improve player experience across feeds, discovery, recommendations, profiles, and community features.
- Partner on economy surfaces with monetization leadership.
- Ensure regulatory and store compliance across major markets.
- Oversee experimentation and insights.
- Scale platform readiness.
- Build the product organization.
- Represent the product externally with partners, creators, and ecosystem developers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in consumer product management for UGC/games/social/media platforms.
- 5+ years leading multi-product or platform teams.
- Track record shipping global consumer experiences at scale.
- Expertise adapting products for multiple regions.
- Depth in creator ecosystems.
- Command of experimentation and analytics.
- Working knowledge of regional regulatory/compliance and app store requirements.
- Great at cross-border collaboration.
- Mandarin and English tailored to creators, executives, and external team members.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering, HCI, Economics, or related.
