Description
We're looking for a Label Application Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Label Application Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, release, validation, and launch of all unique labels for new model vehicle programs. This includes managing the design, development, release, and production implementation of components and subsystems that meet complex customer, program, governmental, and legal requirements and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Design, Release, Validation, and Launch of all unique labels for new model vehicle programs
- Managing the design, development, release, and production implementation of components and subsystems
- Conducting Design validation process (DV/PV) with reports for compliance
- Supporting current production and quality efforts
- Full end-to-end unique Label map deployment and analysis
Requirements include:
- Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years' experience in an automotive setting
- Familiarity with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Verification Methods with Test Standards, and automotive quality standards
- Ability to build strong effective relationships with cross-functional teams
