Manager, Software Engineering - AI Infrastructure

Join NVIDIA's Cloud Solution HPC/AI Infrastructure Team as a Software Engineer Manager. You'll lead the development efforts of software automations and services/applications for NVIDIA's Data Center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers; set technical direction, define priorities, and grow team capabilities
• Design and develop automation platforms used to provision, configure, and monitor HPC data centers
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust full-cycle solutions
• Troubleshoot issues in distributed environments and contribute to system observability and reliability improvements
• Work cross-functionally with architects, DevOps engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
• Lead the team's code review process, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field
• 6+ overall years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing software development teams
• Proven ability to lead technical teams: hiring, mentoring, technical road mapping, and cross-team influence
• Strong programming skills, with a clear motivation for automation and tooling
• Strong technical abilities, problem-solving, design, and debugging skills
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
