On Premise Sales & Marketing Specialist with Distribution Partner

We are seeking an On Premise Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. As a Musketeer, you will be responsible for showcasing the Red Bull brand, expanding sales and marketing activities, and building relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Red Bull Ambassador: Showcase the premium brand, ensure product visibility and availability, and provide excellent customer service.
• City Entrepreneur: Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities, develop and deploy innovative strategies, and monitor sales and distribution achievements.
• Alliance Builder: Strengthen and nurture long-term relationships with established customers, create new alliances with key influencers, and build a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and gastronomy scenes.
• Indispensable Business Consultant: Provide insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations to customers, utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings, and come up with innovative solutions to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise sector.

Requirements:

• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales.
• Background in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
• Well-networked, extroverted, and open-minded.
• College Degree preferred.
• Bahasa Indonesia, English (Verbal & Written).
• Perjalanan Bisnis 20-30%.
