About your role
As a Senior Consultant in our Workforce Transformation Practice, you will be responsible for managing transformation, change and digital adoption for large scale, transformation programs. You will set and manage change adoption criteria to achieve the desired outcomes and objectives. You will be the point of contact for specific activities such as communications, organizational design, leadership engagement, learning, and change impact management. You will build and manage key client and stakeholder relationships. You will contribute to, and drive, business development proposals. You will work within large transformation teams and manage a major workstream, regional deployment or entire project, and face off to senior leaders from the client.
Requirements
We are looking for Change Management professionals with consulting experience and a strong background in delivering change in the Life Sciences (LS) vertical sector. You will have experience in delivering organisational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes. You will have strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and deliverables. You will have empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal fluency in English (C2 proficiency). You will have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. You will have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. You will have experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development. You will possess outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement. You will be able to contribute to bid work, write proposals and deliver client presentations. You will be a self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (different clients may prefer onsite, hybrid or fully remote working styles - you should be comfortable with all three of these). You will have experience of working at management level, ideally in the private sector. You will be willing to travel to clients based in the UK and Europe. You will have fluency in both GERMAN and ENGLISH.
