IT Engineer (parental leave replacement) f/m/d

Join AVL's dedicated team as an IT Engineer to enhance the stability and development of their IT landscape within IT Support. You will ensure high-quality internal IT support with a solution-oriented approach and collaborate with the IT team to shape the digital workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Process IT requirements and customer inquiries
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to internal users
• Support and operate applications and operating systems, particularly Windows and MS Office, along with relevant backend tools
• Execute hardware and software installations in the data center
• Perform on-site maintenance activities in the data center
• Document tasks in the ticket system or asset management system

Profile:

• Completed IT-focused training (Secondary Technical College, apprenticeship, or comparable)
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in IT support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured work style
• Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: The annual gross remuneration (full-time) is €41,300.00, based on the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).
