Procestechnoloog

As a Procestechnoloog, you are responsible for initiating and implementing process innovation and optimization driven by technological developments, new raw materials, commercial initiatives, and structural performance bottlenecks.

Your tasks include:

• Identifying and analyzing production and quality problems and investigating possible process improvements;
• Leading project groups working on technical and technological adjustments to the production process;
• Conducting research to increase the efficiency of new installations and equipment;
• Testing the feasibility of new products and machines and accompanying test runs;
• Acting as a troubleshooter in case of acute process-technological problems;
• Ensuring knowledge sharing, writing procedures, work instructions, and performance indicators;
• Following technological developments and bringing in new knowledge;
• Representing the plant technologically in external contacts.

Requirements:

• Technical education at HBO level, preferably with mechanical and electrical engineering backgrounds;
• Experience in a production environment and as a supervisor;
• Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Ability to work as a team player and motivate others to achieve optimal results;
• Energetic, driven, and always looking for opportunities;
• Quick switch and structured work.
