Musketeer

As a Musketeer at Red Bull, you will be the face of the brand and an indispensable consultant to your On-Premise territory. You will identify business opportunities in new On-Premise playgrounds to leverage brand image and drive sales of Red Bull's product portfolio.

• Red Bull Ambassador: Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners. Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
• The Entrepreneur of the Territory: Know your territory like the back of your hand. Follow the company's strategy, create innovative measures, and lay the foundation for future growth.
• Indispensable Business Consultant: Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders. Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and customer's business.
• Territory Management: Grow and protect On Premise accounts in the Area. Analyze the territory and account-specific business to find opportunities and drive distribution.
• High 5 Execution: Ensure perfect serve, visibility, consumption activation, right price, and menu placements.
• Events Activation: Ensure availability and premium High 5 execution around 3rd party and Red Bull events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing in FMCG with a track record of success
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts, and experience in the On Premise
• Previous experience working in the hospitality, nightlife, and/or FMCG industry preferred
• Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community is beneficial
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment
• Strategic, innovative, commercially aware (shows understanding of sales and finance processes)
• Planning, prioritization, and organizational ability
• Strong analytical ability (analyze sales and customer data)
• Street smart
• Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation, and professional appearance according to audience and scene
• Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)
• Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office
• University degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or similar)
• English (Spoken and Written)
• Travel 60-70%
