Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Outpatient Rehab team.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans and provide direct patient care
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical abilities and disabilities
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
