Description
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most unique and dynamic student ambassador program in the world. You will develop an understanding of the product benefits and improve the perception of the brand within the student community and beyond. The goal of the program is to engage new consumers in the Red Bull world and continue to surprise those who already know the brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being an ambassador for Red Bull
- Living and embodying the individual characteristics of the brand and the values of the company, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interaction with consumers
- Improving knowledge about the company and product and increasing consumer base among new and irregular consumers at the right functional moment, answering consumers' questions
- Creating and implementing an individual and creative plan of activities in the university, engaging students in the Red Bull world
- Developing relationships with key communities
- Engaging people in the Red Bull world through social media and creating unique content
- Representing Red Bull at own and supported events, helping consumers to have an unforgettable time with Red Bull
- Outstanding performance
- Ensuring perfect execution and showing love for details in all areas of your role
- Sharing ideas and working within the team, maintaining regular communication
- Planning your activity independently and providing timely and high-quality reporting through a specialized online platform
- Contributing to the development of the Red Bull media business, providing ideas, trends, and common opportunities
- Expertise in sales
- Interaction with the commercial department
- Improving representation and contributing to increased sales in retail outlets
- Finding new opportunities for integration of Red Bull within the university and beyond
- Using various tools, ensuring accessibility of Red Bull when necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need to understand the culture of Red Bull, be passionate about the brand's values, have excellent communication skills, be able to find a common language with different people in any situation, be a charismatic, energetic, positive, and bright personality, have excellent knowledge of student life with a deep understanding of the university, city, and region, including important events and popular places, be willing to learn and apply new marketing, negotiation, and sales skills, have a valid driving license category B and the ability to drive a vehicle, have the ability to work in a flexible schedule, combining work with studies, and have excellent knowledge of the city. The main place of work will be in Almaty, Almaty Region, Kazakhstan.
