You will join Oatly at a time when we're continuing to strengthen our indirect sourcing capabilities globally. This gives you the opportunity to influence how we work, drive improvements, and contribute to the development of a growing procurement function.

As Sourcing Manager Indirect Spend, you will drive sourcing projects across categories such as consulting, travel, facility management, finance, and leasing. Working closely with stakeholders and suppliers across multiple markets, you will support sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and help deliver value through data-driven sourcing and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies and category plans for assigned indirect spend categories.
  • Manage sourcing projects end-to-end, from opportunity assessment and supplier selection through implementation and supplier handover.
  • Lead RFx processes, including supplier communication, evaluations, commercial analysis, and recommendations.
  • Conduct spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments, and business case evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
  • Support commercial negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, service levels, performance commitments, and contractual terms.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and contract implementation activities while ensuring smooth transitions to business stakeholders.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking, supplier reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare sourcing recommendations, decision materials, and business cases to support stakeholder review and approval.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Facilities, Markets, Production Sites, and other business functions to align sourcing activities with business requirements.
  • Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement governance, policies, sustainability objectives, and documentation requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, operational efficiencies, and improved ways of working.
  • Support improvements to sourcing processes, analytical tools, templates, and procurement practices that contribute to a more structured and data-driven sourcing function.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supplier management within a global organization, ideally covering service-based categories such as consulting, professional services, travel, facilities, or similar areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered a plus.
  • Experience managing sourcing projects and running RFQ, RFP, or similar sourcing processes.
  • Experience conducting supplier evaluations, commercial bid analysis, negotiations, and supplier implementation activities.
  • Good understanding of indirect spend categories and supplier landscapes within service-based procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, business case development, and TCO evaluations.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience supporting procurement governance, supplier performance management, and compliance processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within an international environment.
  • Project management or process improvement experience within sourcing or procurement is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or BI systems such as D365 or Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

Nice to Have

  • You enjoy turning spend data, stakeholder requirements, and supplier insights into practical sourcing solutions.
  • You have a strong commercial mindset and are always looking for opportunities to optimize costs, increase value, and improve ways of working.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives on building structure, improving processes, and driving sourcing excellence in a growing and evolving environment.
  • You are a strong communicator and influencer who can engage stakeholders, present recommendations, and support decision-making at different levels of the organization.
  • You are highly analytical and commercially driven, with the ability to turn data into insights and actionable sourcing strategies.
  • You are collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally, leading initiatives even without formal authority.
  • You are structured and detail-oriented, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • You are a change-oriented thinker who embraces transformation and continuous improvement.
  • You are curious about supplier markets, cost drivers, and new ways of creating value through sourcing.
