We are seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to lead our clinic in Abingdon, MD. As a Clinic Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate has experience in physical therapy, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff
• Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet patient needs

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
• 3+ years of experience in physical therapy, including leadership roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
