EWH Technician II

The EWH Technician II performs daily egg white harvest activities, including harvests, environmental monitoring, sampling, line clearances, and documentation. They follow standard operating procedures and good documentation practices, and organize, clean, and maintain the harvest suite, supplies, and equipment.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Perform egg white harvest according to established SOPs and cGMP
• Execute Master Batch Records (MBRs) in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Conduct aseptic manipulations within a laminar flow room
• Operate equipment (EM and manufacturing)
• Manage inventory control
• Ensure accountability to individual and team safety policies and procedures
• Complete cGMP documentation according to approved procedures
• Conduct process sampling
• Withstand -20C temperature exposure with PPE
• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Maintain general housekeeping of the manufacturing area
• Lead EW shipping and receiving of EWH materials
• Provide hands-on training for new EWH technicians
• Maintain EWH and EM databases
• Revise EWH procedures and forms
• Provide first drafts of Deviations, OOS, or CAPAs for EWH activities
• Lead team in the absence of Supervisor/lead

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with inventory control methods and electronic inventory systems preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and knowledge of PC spreadsheets required
• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment required

Education:

• High School Diploma plus 2 years' experience in cleanroom or GMP environment
• BS, AS, or Certificate plus 1 year's experience in cleanroom or GMP environment

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $47,612 to $71,539. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off, health, dental, and vision coverage.
