We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with rehabilitation programs.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments Implement treatment plans as directed by physical therapists Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Participate in continuing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) required Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Arizona required Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software preferred
