Description
We're seeking a People Analytics Analyst with strong hands-on experience sustaining and evolving Power BI dashboards in a HR/People Analytics context. This role requires the ability to operate with autonomy, troubleshoot existing complex dashboards, ensure numerical accuracy through rigorous data-quality checks, and handle a mixed setup combining automation and controlled manual inputs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and continuously improving existing Power BI dashboards
- Troubleshooting complex DAX, Power Query, and data models already in place
- Supporting data preparation and validation using Python (basic/intermediate; AI-assisted coding when needed)
- Working with Power Automate flows and SharePoint Lists as part of the data pipeline
- Performing detailed data-quality checks and reconciliations, heavily relying on advanced Excel
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields, and possess advanced Excel and SQL skills. Experience with BI tools, analytical programming languages, statistical and predictive modeling, data structures, ETL processes, and relational databases is also required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, as well as experience in HR metrics and all ecosystems, is a plus.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory, and strong communication skills to interact with various departments and leadership levels are essential.
