Description
We are looking for a product leader to drive the transformation of Airbnb's homepage and discovery for our guest experience. In this key role, you'll be responsible for making it effortless for every guest to discover the most relevant Homes, Services, Experiences, and offerings yet to come, as soon as they open the Airbnb app.
You will partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to invent new browsing tools with the latest AI technologies and intuitive UI formats that delight our users. You will also partner closely with our marketing team to ensure Airbnb's voice and discovery journey expands into our lifecycle campaigns and new marketing programs.
A typical day in this role will involve leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the discovery needs of all key business verticals (e.g. Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (e.g. Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships). You will also lead the development of new discovery features and content formats that drive core guest and bookings growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 8+ years of product management experience, experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media, and a demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment. You will also need to have experience working on consumer products with marketplace dynamics on a global scale, and a strong ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy/decisions.
