Merchandising Coordinator (Striker)

We are seeking a Merchandising Coordinator (Striker) to join our team in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing execution strategies at point of sale for major retail chains in the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional execution plans through store-by-store negotiations
• Engage with the sales team and third-party merchandising agency to maintain execution levers
• Act as a liaison between the Regional Sales Manager and retail chains
• Provide training to Key Account teams and merchandising agency staff on perfect store concepts and negotiation techniques
• Monitor and report on results and investment closures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in trade, merchandising, or commercial area
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
