Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the evaluation and treatment of patients
• Implement treatment plans developed by physical therapists
• Educate patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and exercises
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with physical therapists, patients, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Certification in CPR and first aid
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
