We're looking for a Federal Government Sales Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the General Services Administration (GSA) contract and federal government sales initiatives.
This position involves a blend of contract administration, order processing, IT systems expertise, and customer relationship management, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and contributing to sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive support for the development and implementation of GSA contracts, including reviewing and communicating vehicle specifications and model year changes relevant to contract requirements.
- Preparing spreadsheets for assigned line items and accurately entering specifications and pricing into federal government systems.
- Creating vehicle abstracts within the Federal Order Management System (FOMS).
- Supporting the development and maintenance of law enforcement option packages and other contract requirements as outlined by GSA.
- Processing federal government orders and facilitating their review and release within the CONCEPS system.
- Processing and tracking 'field diverts' for mis-shipped or mis-delivered vehicles.
- Serving as the primary IT subject matter expert for the federal team.
- Leading projects focused on integrating IT processes and reporting functionalities.
- Recommending and advocating for IT enhancements within the Federal Order Management System (FOMS).
- Supporting GSA reporting requirements.
- Achieving calendar year sales objectives and model year market share objectives within the federal government industry.
- Responding to internal and external customer inquiries (phone and email) within 48 hours.
- Supporting customer meetings and events, such as Advance Product Meetings, GSA meetings, federal government conferences, and First Article Tests.
- Attending and actively participating in team meetings.
- Providing support for the development of the annual federal government sales brochure.
- Helping identify process improvements and best practices for the Federal Government Team.
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Performing special projects and assignments as directed.
