Description

As a Manager, Programmatic at Brainlabs, you will deliver best-in-class work for clients. You will apply your programmatic knowledge and experience to have a positive impact on client deliverables and the wider team around you.

Your responsibilities will include defining campaign delivery plans, generating and promoting innovative new concepts to clients, and sharing successes across the practice by identifying and improving guidelines, playbooks, and processes.

You will be responsible for delivering highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget, and on-time. You will track and optimize campaigns, be a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables, and develop and implement guidelines and processes contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.

You will actively contribute to developing best-practice roadmaps so that our programmatic offering is continually developing. You will mentor others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge.

We are looking for someone with a strong programmatic delivery track record, passion for their craft, and demonstrable success in optimizing programmatic campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.

You will live our culture code every day, effective campaign creation and delivery metrics, internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimization met, and client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external).
