Physical Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis at our Racine, WI location.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will conduct evaluations, create customized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin
