Financial OpEx Manager

Logitech is seeking a Finance OpEx Manager to join the Corporate FP&A team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional departments and support Business Groups OpEx management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a finance business partner to departmental heads, providing financial guidance and identifying savings opportunities
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for designated business departments
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary
• Support departmental leadership with financial models to evaluate new business investments and initiatives
• Oversee the purchase order receiving process and ensure compliant management of accruals
• Own and enhance comprehensive budget trackers
• Compile departmental fluctuation analysis and MRC review reports
• Educate business teams on financial policies, definitions, and processes
• Engage in corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions
• Provide timely financial support to finance and business teams
• Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within business groups, finance, and corporate supporting functions

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or financial accounting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams located in EMEA region or globally is a plus
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with high accuracy
• Excel power user with advanced skills in formulas and PowerPoint and Google Docs
• Experience in OneStream and Oracle; Tableau or other BI systems is highly recommended
• Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA is a major plus)
