Clinic Director/Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho

We are seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to join our team at our Seattle location. As a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy staff
• Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington
• At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
