Director, Regional System Integrator Portfolio

The Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) organisation accelerates Databricks' growth by building and managing strategic relationships with leading data and technology services companies.

As the RSI Portfolio Leader, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving strategic go-to-market motions across Databricks' Managed Gold Portfolio of Systems Integrator (SI) partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of global alliance professionals
• Defining and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth and long-term value
• Expanding and deepening partnerships through jointly developed business plans
• Engaging C-suite executives to shape global strategies and align investment priorities
• Accelerating Databricks and partner adoption by identifying new market opportunities
• Developing and executing partner enablement and training strategies
• Securing strategic investments and establishing repeatable programs
• Leading joint go-to-market campaigns and executive events
• Building and maintaining trusted executive relationships
• Developing and managing joint business plans with clear governance and measurable success metrics

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading a portfolio of Regional and Global System Integrator partnerships
• Deep understanding of alliance organisations and executive stakeholders
• Proven experience launching, scaling, and driving business outcomes with Global System Integrators
• Deep domain expertise in enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and cloud technologies
• Extensive global partner management experience
• Experience developing strategic channel relationships and leading complex commercial negotiations
• Proven success operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial organisations
• Exceptional executive presence and people leadership skills
