HR Business Partner (H/F) - CDD Remplacement Congé Maternité

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Nanterre, France. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, talent development, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and select candidates for open positions, in collaboration with the management team
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
• Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve processes
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience working in a multinational company
• Knowledge of French labor laws and regulations
• Certification in HR or a related field
