Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Team Rehab in College Park, Georgia.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities will include treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies. You will also supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges
  • Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40-hour week in an outpatient ortho setting)
  • Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols
  • Participate in clinic research studies
  • Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework

Qualifications:

  • Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
