We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded candidate to join our Audience Strategy & Activation team. In this role, you'll help transform raw customer data into actionable audience insights and ensure those insights are activated seamlessly across media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Audience Discovery:
  • Analyze customer data to identify distinct behavioral, demographic, and transactional customer cohorts.
  • Draft segmentation frameworks and present them to the Manager for strategic review.
  • Perform feasibility and size checks to ensure proposed segments are large enough to support viable media spend.
  • Audience Profile Creation:
  • Compile qualitative and quantitative data points to build a holistic view of target segments.
  • Draft audience profile decks detailing customer demographics, media consumption habits, and lifestyle behaviors.
  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date repository of all active audience profiles, definitions, and performance benchmarks.
  • Enabling Addressable Audiences:
  • Build audiences in platforms, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and 3rd party tools like Experian.
  • Manage media platform syndication, setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting automated data syncs from internal databases to external ad networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, or general business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel.
  • General understanding of Marketing concepts.

The salary range for this position is $65,100 to $166,200.
